Why Choose CREO?
Wholesome, family-friendly atmosphere. Dancers are required to dress modestly. Our music choices are clean and age appropriate.
Competitive pricing. Discounts for families with multiple dancers. Beautiful recital costumes for great prices.
Excellent technique and training. Our program builds strong ballet, modern, and contemporary jazz/ hip-hop artists. We focus on the individual needs of each dancer. Whether a child desires to dance for fun, or train for a career in dance, our program encourages dancers of all aspirations. We place particular emphasis on arts and dance composition. Composition trains dancers to exploreand build their own work..
Small class sizes. Our classes “cap” at 12 dancers per class for ages 3-5 and 15 dancers per class grade 1-12.
State-of-the-art facilities. Two beautiful dance spaces each equipped with mirrors, barres, viewing windows, and sprung floors with Stage Step Laminate covering.
Progress Reports. Parent/teacher conference week is scheduled for April. Students, parents, and instructors have the opportunity to discuss the dancer’s progress.
Qualified helpful instructors. Many of our instructors currently dance with dance companies and/or have degrees in dance.
Focus on performance not competition. Our dancers have the opportunity to perform in Peter and the Wolf, Esther For Such a Time as This, and the Spring Performance/Recital.
Sacred dance opportunities. CREO is connected with many area churches. Our dancers have the opportunity to be a part of the CREO Sacred Dance Co., which performs at area churches. Normandale Lutheran, Westwood Community Church, and Wayzata Community Church are a few of the churches we partner with. We also produce at least one full length Sacred Dance Performance to be performed in a theater. Some of our performances include Wade In the Water and Esther: for Such a Time as This.
